We provide a comprehensive group from testing through treatment.
- On-site testing equipment with noise reduction that ensures clinical quality.
- Provide annual testing for all employees.
- Individual results are stored for you.
- Follow-up appointments with our audiologists for Standard Threshold Shifts (STS).
- Online reports are provided to your Safety Officer.
- From testing to mitigation our staff includes a supervisor, a CAOHC professional, and multiple audiologists.
Making Compliance with OSHA, MSHA & ANSI Effortless
Accurate/complete records are the only evidence showing an HCP works correctly and consistently.
- Valid records are needed for: comparison of baseline and annual/periodic audiograms, documentation to give to the Professional Supervisor, and to show evidence of regulatory compliance and evaluation of the effectiveness of the program.
- In addition to results of a hearing test, OSHA mandates many other pieces of information be stored along with the audiogram to keep records as accurate as possible to maximize effectiveness of the HCP.
- Calibration of our equipment is kept indefinitely in the event it need be reviewed by an inspector from OSHA, MSHA, FRA or ANSI.
- We have a clear understanding of all regulations which require employee notification after reviewing results.
- While OSHA does not mandate records for types of hearing protection used, we highly encourage this and may assist in this documentation.
- We provide an attendance record for both our in-person and online annual education trainings.
Annual Education & Trainings
Providing Regulation-Approved Education!
- Our hearing conservationist will provide education to your employees (at your request). These small group sessions can be combined with your yearly required safety meetings or as part of new employee on-boarding sessions.
- We offer in-person, remote and asynchronous training options.
- Along with our online education course, the employer has the option to choose whether the employee is required to take a short test on what they have learned to affirm the information has been retained.
- Employees are safer when they feel informed and properly equipped.
